With proper maintenance, your bundles can be reused for 12+ months.
Washing
• Wash 1–2 times per week or as needed
• Use a sulfate-free shampoo
• Follow with a moisturizing conditioner
• Always detangle gently from ends to roots before rinsing
• Allow hair to air dry or blow dry with heat protectant
Note: Natural Straight will lightly revert to its natural texture after washing. This is normal and expected.
Achieving a Sleek Silk Press Look
For a silk-pressed finish (Natural Straight or Body Wave):
• Blow dry hair completely before flat ironing
• Use a professional-grade flat iron (high heat recommended 400–450°F depending on hair tolerance)
• Apply a small amount of lightweight serum (pea-sized amount)
• Press in small sections
• Wrap hair at night to maintain sleekness
A professional install, press, and trim is recommended for optimal results.
Styling: Body Wave
• Enhance waves using a large barrel curling iron
• For soft glam curls, curl away from the face
• Let curls cool before brushing out
• Use light holding spray if needed
• Avoid heavy oils that can weigh waves down
Styling: Curly Hair
• Detangle while damp using a wide-tooth comb
• Apply lightweight mousse or curl cream
• Scrunch gently and allow to air dry or diffuse
• Avoid brushing curls when dry
• Refresh curls with water + leave-in conditioner
To maintain definition:
Sleep with a satin bonnet or loosely pineapple the hair.
Daily Maintenance
• Wrap hair nightly with a silk or satin scarf
• Avoid heavy oils or excessive product buildup
• Use lightweight serums only when needed
• Store bundles in a satin bag when not in use
