Quality Assurance

Each bundle is thoroughly inspected before shipping.

If you believe you received the wrong item or there is a manufacturing issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos

• Unaltered hair (no cutting, washing, or installing)

We reserve the right to deny claims if the hair has been altered.

Our preorder system allows us to source intentionally and maintain the highest quality standards rather than mass-producing inventory.
